From the moment you make contact with us, our qualified recruitment consultants will guide you through registration, completing and submitting your CV and applying for specific vacancies.

You will be asked to complete an initial registration interview with our consultants, either face to face or over the telephone at your convenience. This enables us to establish an understanding of what you have to offer an employer and what type of environment and role you are looking for.

Permanent Placements

NTRS carefully select those candidates who match the criteria set by the client. On registration with NTRS, our consultants will endeavor to ascertain your exact requirements in looking for employment and match you to our Clients vacancies for short listing and interview. On successful placement with a client, we will offer you ongoing support for the first 3 months of employment in your new role.

Temporary Assignments

Whether you are in continuing education and wish to work part time or prefer a flexible lifestyle, temporary work assignments can offer the flexibility you need. Our consultants will review your skills and abilities and match them to our clients temporary work needs. You will be contacted and informed of any temporary openings that are suitable for you and given full details of the work package. On confirmation of availability, we will then coordinate your arrival at our clients' place of work and offer ongoing support whilst in the workplace.

Contract Assignments

Many employers require workers on a fixed contract basis to cover peak periods or absence. This form of employment can enhance your experience and give employers a chance to observe you in their work environment for any future permanent employment opportunities.

Work Experience Packages

If you are looking to enter employment in a sector where you have little or no experience and are finding it difficult to secure employment; an unpaid work placement with some of our major clients may be just the answer you are looking for. From as little as 4 weeks in a work placement role, you will obtain experience in your chosen career role and have demonstrated your abilities to the employer who may be looking to recruit someone to the role on a permanent basis!
